Yes, we are participating in the preference signaling.
All of our interviews will take place virtually on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
We are participating in the Dermatology Coordinated Interview Group Release. Invitations will be sent out on December 2, 2024. Our scheduling window will be December 4-6, 2024.
We will be matching 3 positions in the Advanced track to start July 1, 2026. The NRMP code is 1335080A0.
We will also be matching 1 position in the Reserved Physician track to start July 1, 2025. Applicants must have completed an approved preliminary year prior to July 1, 2025 to be eligible for this position. The NRMP code is 1335080R0.
For all of our positions, please submit your application to ERAS according to their instructions.
We will accept applications until 8:00 AM CT on October 2, 2024. Any applications received after that date, or any applications which are not complete by that date will not be considered by our program.
Our interview date for all of our positions in the next Match is Saturday, February 1, 2025.

We require a minimum of 3 letters of recommendation in addition to the dean’s letter.
Letters from physician mentors/attendings, research mentors or other mentors, supervisors or advisors who know you as a physician, scientist or leader, or can serve as a reference are all acceptable. We do not accept letters from relatives or significant others. We encourage you to send letters from Dermatologists.
Yes. We recommend that you provide an explanation for your desire to switch specialties.
We will accept all letters, including standardized and narrative-style letters.
We will consider foreign medical graduates whether they have clinical experience in the USA or not. Each application will be considered on a case by case basis. Foreign medical graduates must be ECFMG certified to be considered.
We do not require any research experience.
USMLE Step 1 is required upon application to our program. USMLE Step 2 CK score is not required to apply to our program, to interview, or prior to submitting a match list.
